Only place I know you can walk out on your patients to get a tampon and never come back but they hire you right back. Cause it's cool to abandon your patients. Do the right thing you get punished. Steal patients money and it's ok. It's not got any better and sadly until the new company see who the problems are they won't get better.

Beware. Our experienced has been less than desirable. Several of my loved one's personal belongings have disappeared: money, mobile phones, clothes, cigarettes, but and and recently an electric shaver. When confronted, staff comes down with a case of amnesia or becomes very defensive. Once we were told, "We shouldn't buy our loved one such nice things." I have have also witness staff taking smoke breaks at the same time leaving the deal unattended.

This is simply the most down to earth - great care facility - bar none ! Really great staff and they care a lot about each and every patient here ! They have every service so if your loved one needs different services - they probably offer those as they did for us. You can feel the difference here when you walk in the door. Talk to any staff and you will see!

I go every day from Knoxville to see my husband and everyone has been friendly with me. If I call the nursing home about any problems such as meds for his pain or additional snacks like soup at night they are always kind and tend to my husband's needs. Nothing has disappeared that I've brought him except his hair brush. I am happy with this please and he is happy to get six smoke breaks a day that are monitored.

Very knowledgeable staff. The admission team helped with all the questions I had about transitioning my loved one to their center. I would highly recommend Rocky Top!!

Absolutely the worst place to take your elderly parent. Their major concern is profit. Patients are left to take care of themselves and the one doctor over the entire place we never meet but got regular bills from him.. One star is too much but there wasn't a lower rating..

Watch out!!! You have to beg to see a doctor then you get a nurse practitioner who most of the time beets around the bush and puts you off til tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. You have to beg for your meds and the nurses give you an attitude. If you don't watch out and you have good insurance and no family they won't let you leave. Ever! Then they take everything you have! Before you put your family members here visit them first and talk to the patients not the people who work there!!!
