Student LunchBox pantry is an amazing experience as a student at CBD College I was able to utilized the services provided by student lunchbox pantry. I think it’s is a wonderful organization that help many students to provide for their family with the expenses of food and economic recession. Nowadays, groceries are really expensive. Especially for larger families. I am grateful to be part of student ambassador and helped with organized food system and bring healthy fresh produce to students. It is amazing that this is non profit organizations that set fresh produce, frozen poultry and can goods for many families that needed the extra help . Thank you for providing fresh food, pastry, can food goods and fresh vegetables and fruits every week to CBD College. The quality is not old or expire and only the best is hand selected and delivered every week. My wishes that this non-profit program will continue to flourish and look forward for more great healthy and fresh fruits and vegetables!

Student Lunch Box is a lifesaver for us college students! Not only do they address immediate needs by offering free food, but they also empower student with resources and support to break the cycle of food insecurity.

I just got some fresh fruits and vegetables today! I felt like I went to a mini farmer’s market at our student lounge area!

As a single mom and parenting student, it is DIFFICULT to sustain a living these days on my own. These people have made my life MUCH BETTER by providing me with fresh produce for my family!!! I'm praying they do not stop supporting us parenting students here at CSUN!

This is such an incredible initiative that has helped so very many people I know, and myself included! The amount of food saved is outstanding and the nutrition provided to our diets and the community health is the benefit in addition to ensuring all the work and production time and effort that has gone into growing harvesting transporting etc was not in vein

Student Lunchbox has been a lifesaver when trying to find healthy food to eat! I been volunteering with them since February and it’s impactful to see how the foods can bring smiles to students faces. As a college student that is also Food insecure I am able to pick out produce. It’s always an adventure trying new and interesting ways to cook with the food that’s donated. One time I made fried rice with the carrots, rice, green onions that were distributed that week.

Having some best people working in the front lines and having the diligent, and caring volunteers. Thank you for everything that you have done and currently still doing.
