My child went here for about 2 weeks. The staff here are not friendly. In particular Renee Jones is very rude and not understanding at all. Hope Leadership Academy charged my card every after my child was no longer attending. I reach out through their app with concerns and did not receive an answer or any communication back until 4 days later. None of the staff greet or smile when dropping off or picking up. The have no set schedule or curriculum. I would not recommend allowing your child to be in the care of individuals who had little to no experience with how to care for children.
