Very unprofessional. Phone line left open when I called and I was hearing office staff as they discussed marketing.
Also there are serious glitches in the application. Test 911 message from contact person came over as message phone somewhere in Wisconsin even though I and my contact person are both in the Bay Area. Even more alarming is fact that the application gave my contact person’s location at a totally wrong address several blocks away. Good that this was a test only! If this had been an actual 911 call, first responders/ambulance would have never been able to locate the person with the stroke/medical emergency.
This application is an ambitious concept - but definitely not ready for use unless these problems are addressed and fixed.
Oh - the email link to report issues doesn’t seem to work from within the application either.

On the plus side: the website does have loads of information well worth reading. Just can’t use the app to call help.
