I am so thankful to have the opportunity to participate in the Strength For Life program. Stephanie Phelps is always at the door to greet every participant & her kindness & patient guidance creates a wonderful environment. To my knowledge, this is the only nonprofit foundation that caters to those with a cancer diagnosis, in so many different stages of their journey - without any cost to the participants. I’m just now finishing my 1st month in the program, and couldn’t be more pleased with the ways it is affecting my body, mind & soul!

I highly recommend this place for any cancer survivor. I started working out here soon after my diagnosis because of the benefits it can have during treatment. I firmly believe that my great response to treatment and limited side effects from chemo had to do with being physically active during this time.

Strength for Life is a welcoming place for people of all ages. I truly enjoy going several times a week for a good workout, but also to enjoy the community at this wonderful place. I can't recommend this organization enough!

Totally free to cancer patients and survivors of cancer.
This is a wonderful program to support cancer patients and survivors with their health! The staff is supportive , helpful and informed. A wonderful asset/gift to our community . If you are currently working through your treatment or a survivor look them up. You will be glad you did!
