I have been dealing with the wonderful people at Strate Insurance Group for over 25 years. As far as I am concerned, they set the standard for doing exactly what an Independent Insurance Agent should do: They diligently check for better insurance deals for their clients. I still use them even after moving out of state. Professional and friendly - a great combination!

Katherine and her team at Strate are top notch. Our previous representation, SIA Group, was a terrible experience: incorrect insurance, non-responsive, constant turnover, mistakes, etc. Katherine and Strate are totally the opposite: sharp, insightful, and responsive. I am so grateful to have worked with The Strate Insurance Group. As a first time business owner, Katherine and team helped me acquire critical business insurance that I needed to work with large-scale customers. Not only was she lovely and personal to work with, she was also patient, and informative, which I really needed, because I had very little experience with business insurance. When I showed my clients my new policy, they were shocked by what a great policy I had as such a small business, with a reputable insurer. So, even if I didn't fully understand what a great job she did, my clients were impressed and that means the world to me!! She also helped me update my personal insurance, and was equally patient and supportive throughout the process. I cannot recommend this wonderful company enough!

In terms of presentation, accuracy, consistency of information and impressive follow-up both prior and after contract, there was no other company that was even marginally close to the level of excellence I'd experienced.
