Seems like a good place for ladies and their children, I haven't seen inside but they are taking care of a friend, and also guards confidentiality of residents (which was a bit of a hassle for me last time I went, but also fully understood, they do it to protect the people they are caring for, not arbitrarily).

Before I came to this shelter, I never felt like there was anywhere I could call home. I never felt like I was safe anywhere. I never felt like anybody saw me, or cared about me. I had never felt more loved and cared about than I have at this place. The staff was there to comfort me and encourage me when I was in a scary place. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly, patient, and endeavor to be as helpful as possible. Stepping Stones has helped a lot of families and women, and I am thankful to have been a part of them.

I intially left a less than satisfactory comment because I received no response to an e-mail inquiry; however, the Executive Director contacted me promptly after the review and it is suspected that the failure to respond was a result of a computer/email glitch. I never leave a bad review if I can help it.

Went there to make a donation. The women working there were friendly and thankful.

Never go here they still your stuff even to your medicine. No place to wash your body up or bathe this place is bad. Don't ever stay here because they put you out in the cold and leave you alone for several hours. I had a heart attack and I didn't know I was having one because the bus driver left us at the library on Saturday and Sunday morning.

I am in my 3rd year to volunteer and cannot wait to get back every week to catch up with each person and their journey to safety& provision. What a joy to see success for these women and the children!

This place is horrible if I could give it zero stars I would ATTN⚠️: all that are homeless this place is a trap you have a curfew of 4pm you sleep on cots unless you buy your own twin air matress they nit pick about stuff the staff aren't all that helpful there's literally two that I love there the case workers are horrible they refer you to the same soringvalley housing I have been more successful tslkingnto friends about housing and more knowledgeable that way have favoritism to certain people that go back and report any and everything, listen just because you seem down on your luck with no roof over your head don't be desperate to move here and if you are a worker they will literally make you reduce your hours so you can be in by 4pm not for someone that has goals and a set time frame in which you want to accomplish your goal

I went there and did an intake then aleiha told me the next Monday someone would be moving out and said I could get on their waiting list when I was under the impression an intake was getting on the waiting list in my opinion she just didn't want us there it used to be a good decent place now my daughter and I are still homeless it just seems they pick and chose who they want to stay there you can bet whoever owns this place uses it as a tax write off and doesn't really care about helpi.g people or how people are treated there that's pretty obvious greed and money root of all evil in the world it's really sickens me
