Calling again. At 8am but so many people are calling that they just aren’t going to answer anyone. I’ve been calling everyday since June. Im going to post a review everyday until they answer. They pay to remove bad reviews. Their systems are so outdated because they have zero executive management skills.

Rude staff, no help, GA program is bs, and they are not trying to help anyone. I can't believe I paid. My taxes are for 60 years, and this is the so-called help they have for citizens. Oh, but if not, oh, the sky limit for them.

There customer service never answers always high call volume right at 8 am. I am disabled an prefer calling then going to the office something needs to be done.

They wait time has been made shorter by better efficiency. I appreciate that. However do not try to call in with a request I can't tell you how many times I have been on hold for an hour or more waiting to speak with a person not a machine.
