Been using their services for at lease 4.5-5 years. Got started right before Covid started, so it was an adjustment. I excused the many missed visits and ridiculous requirements, I’ve been patient up until now. Trying to end services after medicating my child because they see no progress. When I first started the intent was to teach him skills so that he would be able to better cope moving forward. All anyone ever does is ask how he feels and plays board games. No one checks in with me unless it’s to do required paperwork, or time to give a new script. Now it’s just pestering calls about ending services because they feel they can’t do anything else. If I were you I’d look elsewhere for services. After many many frustrating talks about how I feel things shouldn’t be ended they are giving up.
