I've been going to your Greek food festivals for much of my life, and it has been a positive experience.
But:
I was there today and accused of not paying. I said I paid w/credit card. No matter why they thought I wasn't paying, I wish my answer was accepted. I even pointed out who took my credit card. Then she sent a customer to tell me I hadn't paid. My heart rate, and presumably blood pressure, were elevated during this encounter. At the end when she said she learned I had paid, I said I knew I had paid, so don't tell me I had done what I already knew I did [and told her I did].

P.S. She could have started the conversation with: Have you paid yet? Or, "Was this a phone order?" The latter was unnecessary, as it wasn't a phone order, but she could have asked if she somehow thought it was. Also, I think certain people, based on their looks, are more likely to get profiled as possible thieves. Her saying I didn't pay, when I was starting to leave, showed an expectation that I was likely enough a food thief to have not even asked* for clarification on what was happening. Her not taking my word for it, bolsters my position, as I didn't act rudely or anything that should have put her on the defensive/offensive.
*Her stating I didn't pay was accusational.

Later 2024 update: I didn't get a huge order like last time after what happened. Amazing how they don't even care to comment here or anything....

Beautiful inside. A feast for the eyes. A warm and sincere priest led the funeral service. We had lunch in the church hall. The volunteer group set up the tables and provided a lovely addition to a special day. I have attended a Greek dance there prior to the shut down on New Year’s Eve. The spacious wooden floor is meant for dancing.

I could feel the presence of the Good Lord at this Church. I was introduced to this beautiful Greek Church by my Dearest friend, Angela Economy. So saddened by her sudden loss. I miss this lovely and Spiritual woman, with all my heart. She loved this Church.
I can see why. She also gave me the gift of Spirituality. The greatest gift of all.

Love, love the Greek Food Festival. The ladies club have a fundraiser where they make Greek pastries for Christmas. It is reasonable and the quality and taste is outstanding.
