I am so excited to have found this office for my medical help and it is local. I will be meeting my doctor in the near distant future. Troy Freeman attended to me yesterday for my visit and listened to understand and spoke to be understood!!!

Everyone there was just wonderful his assistant Xavier kept me in laughter and I thought it would make my blood pressure higher, but it was actually good laughter as good medicine and my blood pressure was normal.

Debbie who greeted me answered my questions made changes in my chart and made me feel right at home.

This is my new home for anything medical that I need. I’m so happy and feel good to have a Doctor’s Office who will take care of my Medical needs.

Everyone at the office was caring and genuine!

It doesn’t get better than that.

The staff at the front desk is very helpful and nice, I don’t know other doctors there but I had seeing Dr. Anne Brockman in the past and me and my husband did blood work and they mistaken the results but it was very hard to get again an appointment and not any apologize for this mistake, Dr. Brockman tell patients long stories history and her own stories unnecessarily waisted our time and not listening their patients. I also very disappointed with her sitting in the bed with crossed leg like an Indian position in front of
My husband and talking to us, very unpleasant with me. Not recommend her. Very inadequate not professional.

Norine is always very thorough and professional, and this visit was no different. There was also a PA in training, which I consented to, and she did an excellent job under Norine’s guidance. They worked well together as a team and managed all my concerns with compassion and kindness.

I really appreciated the time Dr. Woodson spent with me as a new patient. He did not rush and spent time getting to know me. The staff was excellent and I am happy they are my new primary care health care team.

Norene and her nurse were very thorough. I was able to explain my issues and I felt that I was listen to. I was not rushed at any point. I was informed what labs will be done and by the time I was leaving I knew that nothing was omitted. I was seeing Norene before when she worked for a different office and I am very happy to connect with her again. Doctors are capable but their administration is poor. On my last annual check they forgot to do my blood work so I sat in the lobby until I reminded them. Also their response to questions is extremely slow and I even had staff tell me they would try and catch the doctor to ask a question that I sent directly to the doctor through their messaging system (ie the doctors do not read their messages!)
