Everyone was so kind and helpful. The process was easy, 30-minute wait to drop off and no wait to pick up. My kitten was spayed recently and my boxer neutered years back. Both are doing great.

Terrible, horrible, unprofessional, liars. Came in on 11/19 to get vax for puppies and was told (by a very unprofessional and rude woman named Carrie) that we had to come back on the 20th and that they'd take all in's til 4:00 pm. We tried to schedule and she said we could not schedule an appointment; walkin only. We went back on the 20th at 12:05 and was told by Any that they stopped at 12:00 and told us to come back on the 21st. This place is horrible and they are not available, as they claim. They are liars and Carrie needs either an attitude adjustment or needs to have a lobotomy to make her truthful and maybe allow her to embrace the truth. How hard is it to tell the damned truth? Give your dogs vax yourself but don't go here. I plan to contact every organization I can, including whatever organization regulates veterinarians to have this place fined or closed. Either do what you advertise or don't advertise it. This place is a total waste of time and whoever is over it needs their license revoked.

Spay Neuter Network has made my life so much easier and pain-free. Thank yall so much for being so amazing during the whole spay&neuter process.
Also the fees where nothing compared to quote any family vet gave me (in the thousands).
Do note there is a line when you arrive, but it goes fast. I mean what do you expect with the affordable fee's they charge..BTW I waited almost 6 months to just get my cat in anywhere and am so glad this one was available because I dreaded the whole process only for you guys to make it so simple💗

The experience was truly enjoyable. Becky recovered swiftly. However, we faced a lengthy waiting period for both the drop-off and pickup of the spay/neuter surgery. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic!
