Great gym (gem)! My fiancé and I have gone here for the past 7-8 months and really enjoyed it. We have a membership at a big box gym nearby as well which does offer a few amenities that a smaller gym doesn’t but all in all this place has everything you need to get jacked. The owners are super nice down to earth people and everybody there is friendly. We typically go at 5 AM because this gym is 24 seven and we’ve developed some great relationships with some people in our community here. They also offer some free classes as well as some paid for classes. I recently tried one of the free classes that’s included with my membership and had a really good time. We will continue coming here and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and neighbors.

My wife and I joined this gym in May of last year. Living in Gold Canyon we weren't sure we'd find a gym we would love! But, we absolutely did!!! We are both being trained by Bob and our results have been incredible, between the two of us we have lost 50 pounds and are SO much stronger! With Bob's physical therapist education and years in the industry he has helped us eliminate long time aches and pains! The members are all so friendly and having access 24/7 is wonderful. Give them a try!!!!

We ( wife and me)are currently working with owner/trainer she is excellent. It is a well equipped facility and very clean. Nice people working there and helpful.
I would recommend this Southwest Fitness to all levels of people looking to improve their self.

Male owner was hostile because I came in unannounced. This operation wrongly snags customers from the Silver Sneakers and United Healthcare's Renew Active programs and refuses to accept those insurances without a 16.00/month upcharge. Honestly, really you guys? The basic gym use from either one of those providers should be at no charge. I'd say that type of practice is dishonest and deceptive, so I would question their operation and intentions to be truly genuine, and truly care for a person's well being, including people paying for physical therapy and the quality of those programs as well. I would use another gym that is fair, honest and not trying to scrape every dollar from a potential customer. Using the health care providers for marketing to gain a paying customer is not kewl when this basic gym membership should be free. Afterall, their address /location is listed as a free gym provider with either of the above programs. Not kewl.. I recently joined EOS and they are very caring of my needs and goals.

I am selfishly reluctant to do the review in the same way nobody wants to give the secrets of their found treasure. I went exploring for a gym a few days ago, and came across Southwest Fitness 24/7 on google. I read the reviews, and decided to go check it out. I emailed the provided address, and was responded to quickly with the information I requested. I went over same day and signed up on the spot. A few workouts in and a couple take aways as follows. The staff is extremely nice, and we had a great conversation while enrolling. The facility is CLEAN. The owners are awesome! The facility is doing some work, which is great that the focus stays on improving. The gym has adequate cardio and strength equipment that is fully functional and clean. I have def. found my home gym!

I drive 30 minutes to this hidden gem. The owners are friendly, great equipment, a welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels. All of the members are respectful and it’s never overcrowded, highly recommend this place.

Not your average gym. Very clean, equipment is always in good working order and the patrons are actually pretty friendly. The best part, though, is the couple who owns this place. They really do care about their clients and they want the best possible experience for them. There is always a friendly greeting and a smile when clients come in. Although sometimes they are busy, they are ALWAYS available to answer questions or demonstrate how machines work, etc. The positive attitude of SWFitness is due to the positive attitude of the owners. Great place, great people.
