I've been with southstar for 7 years, they are friendly, professional and work in a timely manner. The only negative I find is that they charge to exchange coins. I know it takes time and work, but I believe that is thier job and should be part of customer service. I had to go to Bryan to get my coins exchanged. ($650.).

Very easy to work with! Justin provides excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to assist us with our land purchase. Would highly recommend SouthStar. Their loan process was quick and easy. Approval received next day. Everything processed online no need to step inside the bank. They have a variety of loan options some I had never heard of. Give them a call they will take care of you.
