I ordered via DoorDash. I’ve lived here for three years (!!) and I wanted to try out a local place. I’ve intended to for a long time, but finally got around to it today.

The food was wonderful! I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I was very pleased. The food was fresh, and the best part for me was being able to get a chocolate milk! I’ll definitely eat here again.

The food tastes just like golden dairy! 10/10! The lady at the register was super sweet and I couldn’t help but notice their fish tank, I love watching fish. I’ll definitely be back.

This is our 4th time here

Today was catfish day but I didn't have that but my husband did with fries, slaw and hush puppies with an unsweetened tea. I had a Triple Decker Clyde with turkey, fries and coleslaw along with sweet tea. The coleslaw was delicious and so creamy. My husband even gave me his slaw. And the sandwich was also delicious.

And you should try their chicken and dumplings on Wednesdays and chicken pot pies ok n Sundays. We'll be coming back for sure.

We had good service and the waitress was very friendly.

We had the Sunday special Chicken Pot pie with 3 sides. The meal was simple but good. The plates were big and we had to take the rest home. The apple cobbler was delicious with vanilla ice cream.

This place reminds me of Stanley, New Brunswick Canada. Where everyone is friendly and they come up to see you to say hi.

We will definitely be coming back!

This is the first time coming to this establishment. When I came in the door, we stood there not knowing whether we seat ourselves or an employee to seat us. Finally, it was a customer who told us to seat ourselves. The restaurant is in desperate need to repair the inside, booths, chairs, floors, ect. We ordered a cheeseburger and fries that was okay, but not great. My husband had breakfast a ham and cheese omelet. The omelet did not come with potatoes. Only toast. His omelet was good and it was nice to see this restaurant served regular hash browns instead of the hash brown casserole that everyone serves in the surrounding neighborhood. I feel that the restaurant needs a good cleaning. Everything I touched was filthy. I'm not sure if we will come back again since there are restaurants in town that is much better.

Loved that they opend @ 6am, for those early risers like us and for a good home style cooked meal, not the fast food. Food is all fresh. Very friendly staff, service was quick and great. Pricing is very reasonable. Sorry, forgot to take pictures that we had ordered a BLT and Country Ham Combo.

This was the first time me and my sister and her husband and my nephew ate there. My burger was just ok not horrible but when they brought my burger to me they gave me tatter tots instead of fries. I sent it back and got the fries . My sister got a Philly cheese steak but it was so hard she couldn’t barley eat it and they left the peppers and onions off. The owner came by all the customers and was telling them if they have any issues that they would correct it that they have some many cooks to come and go. The smell of grease in there was horrible and no ventilation. I had to come and take a shower to get the smell off like it was giving me a headache. Nice staff but not recommended to go there and eat. Oh and I spent 14.00 for a burger and fries and a drink.

Southside Restaurant is such a great "Small Town" Rogersville, TN Welcoming! If anyone is ever passing through or in the area, looking for good quality/quantity/& of course, a cheaper meal... with or without your group of people to enjoy it with ya?! Southside restaurant is the place to go! This is an ALL DAY BREAKFAST/Lunch+Dinner "family restaurant" with the BEST fresh brewed Sweet Tea + Coffee! I love it here, the food is great, the prices are FANTASTIC, and not to mention... awesome service! Come on in & enjoy it for yourself?!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ "Southside's Western Omlet" is always my 'Go To' when I order there! But the menu has a solid variety of choices! Let's see who likes to eat- what the most?(:
