We used Southern Care for my Granny. We had nurse Janaray she was absolutely amazing. She answered everytime I called no matter how trivial. She played with my little ones and my older kids adored her too. I never needed any supplies or had to wait for anything. When my Grandmother did pass I called Janaray and she sent one of her coworkers(it was the weekend) and the girl who came was the absolute sweetest most caring and respectful girl I wish I could remeber her name. On another occasion on a weekend I needed someone to come out and Janaray set it up and briefed the nurse I didn't have to do anything. That lady was also amazing! The entire staff were an absolute blessing and went above and beyond. From the initial visit to the very end I never had one complaint. If I did have one it would be that I miss Janaray and the staff. My Granny would hold her hand and smile real big everytime she came in the room until she couldn't anymore. I'm not sure how other hospice companies are and I will never know because should the situation ever arise again I would call them back without hesitation. I found put through small talk that Janaray was going to school and planning a wedding the entire time she was caring for Granny. She never let on that she was stressed or anything she just listened to me ramble on every time she came out. I wish her rhe best of luck at being more amazing. I highly recommend!!!
