I live on a fixed income and qualify as extreme poverty. This was the first time I had to apply for help and was shocked at the amount I received to go towards my electric. It was a blessing and relief off my mind. It's a shame this administration is going to cut these funds that helps the elderly and those struggling to make ends meet. The staff were very friendly and offered many leads, ideas etc to help me even further. I will pray for those who paid the taxes or contributed to these funds that is helping me until o get over this hurdle. Thank you and God bless you.

They are not always open and only post on their door. There is nobody listed as their boss. So nobody to call or chat with if they do wrong.
