This place is beautiful... It feels great being in a luxury facility when you feel like donating your time and energy... This place is state of the art and huge. Great architecture designing. I enjoy volunteering here, it's a great place to come and give a helping hand, and to see how much food is being processed to help out people and families in need...

THE FOOD BANK HERE ARE GREAT! NOT JUST BY FEEDING THE COMMUNITY. BUT, EVEN THE STAFF ARE NICE, THE BUILDING IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THEY ALSO HELP THEIR STAFF AS WELL! THE ONLY PROGRAM INSIDE THAT IS NOT ALL THAT GREAT IS THE STATE WELFARE OFFICE (WHICH WE ALL KNOW WHY WHEN IT COMES TO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES HERE IN LUBBOCK AND TEXAS). THEY EVEN HAVE A COMMUNITY GARDEN. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO GIVE BACK BY VOLUNTEERING WITH YOU GUYS!

You like to get your food delivered by truck but you won't let the truck driver use a bathroom.Expect them to set and wait and wait for you to decide When you're ready to unload him but you will not let him use the restroom while he's Waiting. Then after you've got Your delivery And?
He's out hours and Can't.
Go any where You still won't ready. still won't let him use the restroom

They are always there to help but today spoke with a young lady that was rude even when I told her Thank you she just hung up on me like nothing. Better teach some of your staff to be more kind ..smh
