Poor customer service. Front desk staff do not acknowledge you. Lots of signs basically saying sign-in on the kiosk and don’t bother me. Older gentleman ahead of me was struggling with kiosk, the front desk staff acted as though it was a bother for her to check him in manually.
Overall just poor customer service.

I went in the day before (Thursday) at the Gold Canyon location and made an appt with "Holly", who was at the front desk. I specifically asked her twice, "I have a 9am appt. for tomorrow, right?". Twice I was told yes. This morning I go for my 9am appt. only to be told I do not have an appt.
This happening once, I can see as a mistake, but this is the third time this has happened. The supervisor (I believe "Kelly") at the desk this morning tells me, "we are all humans here and make mistakes". Once, is a mistake, three times, total incompetence. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her, I (the patient) is the one who is being inconvenienced, I am the one that has to now come back on Monday. Just have your people do their job right the first time, then nobody is inconvenienced. I was then told "would you like to go somewhere else to have the work done". In other words, being told that she doesn't have to make an appt for me and I can go somewhere else. That is true, I could be inconvenienced even further by not going to a location where I live and have to go to Apache Junction, because she is now in control of making the appt. As I left, she commented with a sarcastic "have a nice day".
If you do go here, get the appt in writing, otherwise, good luck.

Kiosk has been janky as long as I have been coming here , scanner never works keyboard needs calibrated but instead of fixing they put a big rock on it to keep the poorly designed junk from falling over , for god sakes you have people who are using walkers and canes trying to mess with this , other than that this place is great

***WARNING: AVOID THIS LOCATION***

I had an horrendous experience at Senora Quest. Last Tuesday (5/28), I entrusted them with taking my blood samples. However, when I followed up with my doctor for my results, I was horrified to learn that Senora Quest had apparently lost my samples. Yes, you read that right—lost my blood samples! It's unfathomable and completely unacceptable. They claimed they had no record of me ever being there. Who knows if they used my sample for someone else and now someone has inaccurate test results. Imagine the frustration and anger of having your health and time disregarded so carelessly. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and potential health risks—steer clear of this Senora Quest. Your time, sanity, and health are too precious to risk at this incompetent establishment

Staff shortage? No one is at front desk. Patie ts are nearly all elderly. If someone is at desk they are told to check in at electronic device the works 1/2 of the time.
Eldery can see the small print. They have enough people coming to merit staffing!!! Always an hour or more wait. I come every week unfortunately, same gerbil wheel everytime. Last time today!!!!!!!

Employee meeting at 2 PM not listed on the Internet so one could drive all the way down there For no reason which is what I did lol. last I heard businesses usually have their employee meetings after hours Not 2 o’clock on a Tuesday and this is the second or third time this is happened. Guess that’s why Gold Canyon is not considered a real town —because of backwards ways.
