Don't take your love one to this place. If I
could, I would score with negative stars. I would say -5 stars. They don't care about the residents. The assisted living is the worst. The medication isn't given properly or ordered properly. I would find medication on the floor, under bed, in the chair, and in the sink. They can't keep employees. I watched the turnover for all directors in all the departments, about 1 per year. Bridge Senior Living only cares about their bottomline. RUN as fast as you can from this facility. I have plenty of pictures and videos of the poor conditions and care.

I love the tour of this facility. Amanda Williams had so much experience and knowledge about what type of care my Father would need after his surgery that we felt very comfortable having him live there! She offered so much with the process including movers and how to make sure we were getting full benefits! I am confident my Father will be happy at this beautiful facility!

Front my first call with Amanda through the whole process of finding a place for my Mom at Somerby was every bit seamless. A decision like this is not fun for children when their parents are not quite able to completely care for themselves but don’t want to lose their independence. I didn’t know what I was doing and was extremely anxious about the unknown. Amanda put my mind at ease. She finished my sentences about my Mom’s moods, diagnosis, fears, etc. She continues to always be available for questions or just to talk about the process. The community is literally like a resort. The residents seem so happy and the staff is warm and so helpful. I Highly recommend Somerby.

If your loved one is in memory care here-my best advice is to never “schedule” visits. Particularly around the holidays. Just drop in, it’s your right. My experience with this place was beyond subpar.

Amanda was extremely nice and patient with my Mom as we toured the beautiful facility. She was able to answer all of our questions and put both of our minds at ease. The facility itself is gorgeous and offers many services and amenities. We are excited that Mom will be joining this community.

During the most stressful period of our 66 years of marriage, we were required to find a memory care facility for my wife. We were considering a number of options, it was a clear choice after getting a tour of Somerby conducted by Amanda Williams. The tour and decision were made on a Thursday before a holiday week end. Although much documentation was required in order to transfer her from a different rehab facility to Somerby, Amanda asked me to allow her to take responsibility for and stress from my family and she would make certain the transfer would be accomplished within the short allowed time frame. Even though a signature was required by a medical official, on a cruise ship, she spent her weekend
and holiday securing the required documentation. During all of this activity, she still furnished a barbecue linch for my family. My wife is getting the needed care and assistance in one of the most elegant facilities in the Southeast. This was accomplished only through the professional staff, especially Amanda and Charge RN, MeMe. My family members are so thankful for the Somerby team.
My sweet wife has now been living at Sommer for almost 4 months, and I have spent virtually every afternoon with her during this period. I just wanted to confirm that we made the right decision. She has adapted well and has gained the ability to help the professional staff who are doing a great job. She loves them all. The nursing staff and activities director are amazing.! Residents stay engaged and are constantly challenged to use their memory and physical abilities. Housekeeping and food has been exceptional.
