My mom was a victim of elderly abuse by her own relatives in Vallejo California. Asked for an assistance with them and no progress or assistance provided. There are a lot of red flags, case manager who is aware how to play with the system, a home health care who witness and also involved.
We have had asked for any assistance and resources to help my mom and they keep saying it’s a family dynamic and nothing they can do. Angelica and Erica called few times to check but later on denied their own statement and just said the case is close.
How will elderly in your community feel safe and will be safe if your organization itself are incompetent and unreliable. No wonder why the abusers of my mom is so confident and seems expert in her field of fraud because organization that should be looking and protecting elderly are so incompetent, unreliable and unsupportive. Your organization should be part of the solution and not be part of the issue.

As a worker I am very pleased with the turn around time with getting paid. Direct deposit is best and safest way to get paid. If you make an error on your time sheet or forget to submit hours you can correct it on line.

So bad service, I been working for the last 3 months as Care Giver (been approved for Solano County) with a patient that got back surgery, she is one eye blind, no longer able to drive..with oxygen at home after her surgery.
Erika is supposed her Social Worker and she never visit her at home to verify her needs and to celebrate the new year My patient is been notitied from Erika that She is been denied...seriously ..!!!
And beside that cause i been dedicated my time to my patient i am behind with my rent and others payments..
God bless america and bless me too.

I'm not sure how this office expects you to report elder abuse and IHSS fraud when nobody comes outside to see who's in the waiting room and then when you do tell the limited abilities of the security to call they'll still leave you out there for half hour for literally no reason so they want you to report fraud they want you to report elderly abuse well that means you need a bell you need something to let people know that you're out there and I'm sorry to say this your security out front is not the brightest people in the world so I wouldn't depend on them half of the securities asleep and have just don't care and so I guess that matches up with APS in Solano

Does not help disabled adults being abused at home or by the police and refuses to take grievances seriously even though abuse has been going on for years.
