She repeatedly asked questions already answered repeatedly, showed little compassion or empathy, even when answers were firmly provided and asked to desist asking further once the info was provided. The info was beyond my control.

The failed to provide any educational information on what to do going forward, and took personally statements of assertion as if she had been accused of them vs hearing and acknowledging them.

Worst appointment with a therapist I have ever seen.

Whoever mans their website's email needs to be retrained in customer service. Very disappointing that a company that deals with mental health is so insensitive and unhelpful. Definitely not going to them for my therapy.
