This is discriminatory towards whites. Average wait times for white people can range up to 4+ hours even with repeated requests to see an agent. While non-white people had an average wait time of about 30-45 minutes after reviving their number. I also had to get an English speaking translator because the people at the front didn’t speak English in an English speaking country.

I visited this places more than once this year.They all very helpful. Specially, Khang and Trini helped me a lot. They fixed my problems. If you go after 3 pm, wait time is always less than 45 min.

worker #A6S2 is hard working and really helps us. I am a Grandmother raising 2 of my Grandchildren and a disabled husband. It really helps when your worker really goes out of their way to help you.
