Very bad experience. Hard to get in contact with our lawyer Larissa. She ignores our calls and emails. Our case was closed due to abandonment of their fault. We got this information a year later that our case was closed.

Víctor has super bad customer service, staff never answer phones calls, they doesn’t check their paper work they send my residence application incomplete 3 times, I called so many times to do again the application never got connect with any agent
