I am a client of one of the nonprofits here. It is a pleasure to come here every time. The building is spacious, your privacy is in tact and it is right across from the Race St Light rail station. For quite, studying type atmosphere I prefer this place to the library.

Great place for specialty drinks. We were there on a Wednesday evening and it was crowded but a few tables open. The food selection was very limited. We got the deviled eggs and wings and both were very good. The fries were OK.

The train goes by every so often, which can distrupt meetings. The walls are not sound resistant. I can hear conversation on the other room. Restroom is big and clean. Staff on the sites seem to be very helpful.

If you work for a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and need affordable space for conferences, meetings, workspace and the like, the SOBRATO Center is a great place to find support. Non-tenants can access room reservation from 8AM-5PM on weekdays for up to six months in advance. The center has great amenities, and no lack of parking!

Nice facility, rents to good causes, decent amount of parking (though rather full weekdays). Best to know your way around inside, as some room labels are small or non-existent.
