Today I had an appointment at 9:30. I have been sent reminders. I scheduled this appointment because I had something important to do. Needless say I wasn't service due to no staff showing up. I had spoken to Charlie when booking and it seems as if I would be taken care of. I was there until 10:00 and still no one showed up. I have called and nothing. I am highly disappointed and will never visit this salon again. From my understanding I learned while waiting this isn't new. She seems to come to work when she wants to. At this point maybe the salon needs to close down. Because today wasn't okay. I have never experienced this. I will never recommend this place. Hopefully someone who owns this sees this to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

If I could give a 0 I would this was the worst haircut I have ever had I actually cried it is so bad ! It is completely uneven my 7 year even seen it and said one side is short and the other is long,and it looks bad (with out my saying anything to her about my cut) and this is after all 3 of their stylists cut it! Then was charged for a shampoo that I did not even get, but did not realize that till after I looked at my receipt! The 1st picture is what I showed them I wanted and told them I just wanted it a little longer than what was in the picture. The other is what I got.

Update: sent email but have not gotten any response back.

I went to a lot of places for haircuts and never was satisfied, but SmartStyle in Enterprise, Alabama is definitely the place I will come to from now on. Amber is by far the best and she's always able to get me in and is very friendly and personable. This is definitely my place from now on.
I went back to get my hair cut and styled and absolutely love it. Thank you again Amber for another awesome cut!!

I took my daughter to get her long, fine hair dyed with pink highlights by Candice. Candice was really good at her job, very patient and did a great job! My daughter loves it.

I usually use Candace every time I have my hair cut. She is the best! She listens, she understands how I want my hair cut. The ONLY reason why I didn't use her this time is because she was sick and going to be out for a while. When I asked about the next best stylist they told me about a stylist that was trained under Candace. HA! I don't care if my hair is dragging the floor behind me, I WILL NOT use anybody other than Candace again.
