So as you can imagine I was supper excited when my husband told me that our son was going to receive a bed. We didn't want to tell our son we wanted to surprise him.
Now don't get me wrong I no these people are probably busy and what not but when you tell someone your going to take their child a bed and just like anyone a person gets buzzy or unexpected stuff happens and what not. So when a person says they can reschedule them and you try to keep in contact with whom ever your talking to and that person just stops responding to you and you never get another scheduled date it kinda puts a bummer in a situation and it kinda makes people think differently about places like this. First of all I really didn't think we would hear back from this place but when my husband did we were super excited but then because we had to reschedule our day and time for them to bring the bed over I lose contact with the person I'm talking to and after so many times and days of trying to contact a person and getting no response back at all your just like well then how rude .
You shouldn't tell people you can reschedule and then just stop answering them if you can't do what you say your going to do then you shouldn't be in business or helping a place like this. Thank God we didn't tell our son . I couldn't imagine having to tell my son that his bed isn't going to come . I don't like to leave a negative review or bad one but when a place is dealing with children I think other families should no to be careful and please don't let uncontrollable stuff happen to you on the day they are going to deliver your bed, god forbid you might have to tell you kid their bed isn't going to come.
