We absolutely loved everything about Beach Village Resort! Location was perfect. If you want to relax this is the place to go. The property is gated and makes you feel safe. Everyone is so nice and helpful, even the young man driving the shuttle and cleaning by the pool daily. We will be back!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach. So choosing a place was sight unseen. This cottage was absolutely beautiful! Everything we needed was in the unit. The pool area was also wonderful! We stayed there most days! It was such a great time, that I booked the same unit for Fall Break!

This condo on the 10th floor of Phoenix 8 was perfect. Convenient location to shops and restaurants, the beach was nice and not crowded, and the layout gave our family of 7 enough room to spread out. The outdoor pool area was great. The indoor pool and hot tub left a little to be desired. But that’s a minor complaint.

Phoenix Orange Beach exceeded all of our expectations! Unit 2203 was the perfect size for our large family to make great memories. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the large balcony was amazing! It was steps to the beach, pool, and lazy river. Many attractions and stores were in close proximity to our condo. Hunter, with Simpson Properties, communicated with us through every step of planning and enjoying our vacation. Covid forced us to cancel our trip at this Condo two years ago. This year more than made up for it!!

For anyone coming to the Orange Beach area with kids, I would highly recommend this property. Close proximity to stores, the beach, and not to mention the access to the on property water slide, pool and lazy river! The unit was immaculate, well-decorated, and fully stocked! There is no other property in the area that can compare!

My husband and I had an amazing week long vacation at Casa del Gallo in Orange Beach! Everything about Beach Village Resort was wonderful - especially the helpful staff at Simpson Properties! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Regency Isle#403 was clean, convenient & well stocked condo with easy access (no steps) to beach. Flora Bama & Waffle House can be walked to for food & drinks. Management was quick to respond to all my questions. Also, TVs were easy to figure out which is rare with rental units.

The location at Shoalwater is excellent. Right on the beach with shopping and many, many restaurants nearby. The view is amazing. Having a private balcony was a great place to sit and watch the water. The indoor pool was perfect for a rainy day. With 3 bedrooms a full kitchen and two full bathrooms it was perfect for our family vacation.
