Just wanted to give a shout out To this facility. This facility looks better than it has ever looked. Very well organized, clear hallways, Visible and engaged leadership. I am the District Manager with HCSG, and I am responsible for Housekeeping and Laundry. We are super excited about the new Administrator Jamie, and the ne DON, Coleen. When leadership care about how there building represent, it causes them to be highly engaged and visible. That is important to me. Proud to be a part of this team. There isn't nothing I wouldn't do for this facility.

The CNA from Iowa continued displaying unprofessional behavior throughout the shift on November 6, 2024, making remarks about my job performance, Trump winning the election, and failing to maintain proper boundaries with the med cart. Her actions were distracting and uncooperative. Despite my efforts to address these issues, she persisted in her behavior, requiring close monitoring for 12 hours to ensure resident care. Her lack of accountability disrupted the team's efficiency, underscoring the importance of individual responsibility. This experience highlights the challenges posed by uncooperative CNAs. To retain quality nurses, reassigning Iowa to housekeeping duties may be necessary. Her dismissive responses were concerning. I took initiative to maintain cleanliness, wiping tables in rooms. Seems like most workers are concentrating on their patients. They have lots of activities that almost every patients are brought in for. People from outside come and do concerts and other things the patients like to do. The place is so clean and nice. Doesn't smell like other nursing homes do. My daughter has been there for years and has been taken care of and spoiled by almost everyone. Office staff is very kind and helpful. Food is good, too. I could go on forever praising this place.

I have been here for 4 months and this is a calling in my life. We have had so many events with the residents and activities that we have engaged them with even on evenings. We are getting ready for more special occasions where their is more community involved because we want to shine and be a team that inspires and wants to help others out.

I have worked at Signature healthcare for almost 11 years. I have found that our staff and activities and director has really brought a lot of joy, exciting activities that the residents truly enjoy. Activities Rock!!!!

The business office staff is friendly, and the elder care aids in the various wings give kindness and help to their residents. The nurses always call if there is a change or illness with my family member.

I have been the Director of Nursing in this facility since the tail end of March. I thoroughly enjoy working here as the atmosphere is very much like family. The Administrator is new as an Administrator but has much longevity in the company and the facility. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and not afraid to sweat. He assists in all departments as the need arises. The residents in this facility are what makes our day great! They love us all like family and very much enjoy seeing our faces and interacting with us on a daily basis. The residents are very well taken care of and the love the staff has for them is reflected by their amazing care of them. I am happy to be part of such a caring and amazing team!

They were very rude, and everything that my friend walked into that room is gone. They said it’s in the laundry room, but still everything else is just gone. There wasn’t even any hand soap. When I walked into the room, he was wearing donation from a dead man that just died his clothes on that looked so dirty. I’m talking. Looks like he was wearing it for at least Three days. So I went to turned the shirt inside out figuring an inside out shirt would be OK to go in public. But when I turned it inside out, it was worse than the original had to put it back the way I first seen it. The whole place smells like straight up urine. All he had on his bed was a sheet and a pillow and a pillowcase that’s it. I feel very sorry for the people that are in there and I know it’s on a fixed income and it is the cheapest. But the elderly people Deserve to be treated better no matter what their insurance say because it doesn’t affect the employees they still get their paycheck. And because they probably talked about the status of the patient already animosity and judgmental Is highly in the works.
