Don't work with these people. The don't like to answer tough questions and would rather drop the client. They were unable to clear all defects and were still willing to compete the closing. Leaving the contactor(buyer) with no chance of selling after.

Go to another place, avoid them if you can. The one paper they had to draft for my purchase and they messed up my address. I called them and asked to correct the error on my deed (that they drafted) and Zarai said that it was not important. At this point I had enough I will never use them again, not only do they have poor attention to detail (which should be their main job because they deal with contracts) but they also seemed to not know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. - In response to the comment below, now they are liars too. I reviewed and signed the closing disclosure and all items on there were correct. I was only given a copy of the Warranty Deed the day after and it does not have my signature so I didn’t get to review or approve it.

I've been using this title co. for over 25 years , have done multiple closings, and have never had any issues whatsoever . They always answer the phone and do return phone calls . They don't lag like other title companies.

Very clean offices, receptionist very courteous. The staff Mrs. Campos was very professional, knowledgeable and reviewed all the paperwork I needed to sign before I signed everything. I felt comfortable and was very satisfied with their services. I would highly recommend Sierra Title Services to all my family and friends.
