All I can say is I didn't want to leave.
Mother Angelica didn't spare a dime building this Shrine and the grounds in order to Glorify God. I felt like I was in Paradise.
My wife and I also stayed at the Saint Joseph's Cottage house right down the beautiful street from the Shrine.
Kevin the owner was absolutely wonderful to my wife and I. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He'll treat you better than your family!

So beautiful and such a great place for prayer. Gift shop is a bit pricey - just remember your purchases there support Mother Angelica's vision and mission. I love it. I’ll be doing my Christmas shopping there when I pass through again ⚜

I wish we would still build churches like this. Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament is an absolutely humbling, spiritually enriching place. A real testament to the level of dedication that people make towards God.
Also, Mother Angelica’s tomb is surreal to see.

A Heavenly and a spiritually edifying experience. I'm glad photos and video aren't allowed in the shrine-allowing one to immerse in the divide. I loved the multiple sites and shrines on the premises. The grounds are absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful shrine away from home and everything else ? a few tips from a first timer: come with an open heart to receive God’s grace, dress modesty, no photos allowed inside the temple, be prepared to spend lots of money at their HUGE gift shop ? follow their social media pages ?

What a blessing to the world! This special place is a wonderful pilgrimage for Catholics or anyone seeking a place to go and rest for a while in the presence of Christ. We spent the entire day there. We attended mass in the lower church, went to confession in the chapel, participated in Eucharistic Adoration, and 2 tours- one of the Shrine and the other of the St. John Paul Eucharistic Center. We also loved their gift shop. My sisters and I highly recommend visiting here.

Amazing place to come for a weekend retreat. The grounds are huge. There is a main church as well as a crypt church for masses. There's also separate area for adoration. There is a room with life size nativity scene with year round Christmas music. There's an outdoor station of the cross with the last station of Jesus on the cross that will send chills on your skin. There is a Eucharistic center with dedication to Pope John Paul. The architecture from outside to inside is just so detailed. You'll leave with a sense of peace and tranquility as well as a closeness to Jesus.
