Unsure of why they have such a stellar reputation. I used to support this organization, because they used to prioritize people and compassion over all else. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case, and I'll gladly tell everyone I know of their cruelty. Not another dime of support to them in their fundraising efforts, either.

I can’t say enough good things about Shephard’s Cove. This place was God send. All the staff from every department was wonderful. From the start with admission to the day we left they were so attentive. They made my dad feel at home. I can’t thank them enough!

Higher management is rude as ever. They should really teach them not to be nasty or plane out rude over the phone no matter what business you are tending too!! The nurses that come out to my home though were an Absolute blessing and I couldn't be more honored of having them all that helped me out. Great work Nurse You Guys Are what keeps that place open and running not upper management ladies!! With that being said though, it will never be a place I look at for any other family of mine..
