Recently, my 97-year-old father incurred a series of unfortunate health incidents. Also, his dementia and day-timers started becoming more pronounced. Many people that I trust in the elder care industry recommended Seva Hospice to me. My dad’s care team of nurses, social workers, and home health aides have been exceptional! Getting a medical concern addressed – like a UTI or a cough - is so much quicker than trying to coordinate with his prior primary care doctor. I have prior experience with Hospice services for my mom, and I am very happy with Seva. (And their sister-company Legacy Home Care Services.)

My Dad entered into hospice in October 2024. Seva Hospice helped guide us at time when we were emotionally exhausted and didn’t know what to do. They provide excellent care and communicated with me on about everything. My Dad is still with us, receiving daily nursing visits as he declines. The nurses, home health aides and social workers are exceptional. Today my family and I are thankful for each of them. Happy Thanksgiving.

Seva stepped in to assist with the passing of a loved one. I am thoroughly impressed by the level of compassion & professionalism displayed by each individual we interacted with. Each individual had very clear communication so we felt supported at every step during this process. The admin/intake nurse identified a respiratory issue within seconds whereas I'd received nothing but resistance from the PCP.
I wish our basic Healthcare was this easy.

Personal experience as someone in my household was on it. They helped my family so much all the people that came were so caring and helpful. I recently had a uncle use this hospice for his end of life care. What I believe to be so irrational was that this hospice stated that they were able and ready for my uncle and they were not. When hospice came to my aunt’s home barely any supplies for my aunt to take care of him ex: no depends/diapers, no pads, no mouth swabs, no cleaning supplies to use on my uncle. My aunt felt extremely rushed by the hospice nurse to begin hospice at her home stating to my aunt that she had other patients to get too. During the use of this hospice, I who had work in end of life care, even getting his medication changed to liquid, when he had not even for 2 days was a pain to get started, I showing hospice that he was getting bed sores on his feet, getting meda honey to even to be order was a headache. I believe if I was not there to demand certain request that my aunt would have suffered. This hospice needs to be better for their patients and their loved ones.

I cannot speak highly enough of Seva Hospice and their staff for the services they are providing to my step mother (and supporting my father in being her caretaker). We have been receiving assistance and support from Seva Hospice since the first of October. Since the very beginning the people that work for this organization have been incredible. The process for moving my wife from our primary care doctor to Hospice was amazingly quick and easy. The support every individual has provided us has by far exceeded my expectations. When in need of help they are quick to respond. When I’m told that someone will be here or will call me at a certain time or on a certain day it happens! They stay on top of my wife’s condition, her meds and our supplies. And I can’t say enough about our in home aid Irene. She has been a blessing for both me and my wife. I would best describe Seva as an elite organization made up of professional individuals that provide us care, comfort, compassion and confidence that she is getting the very best care possible.
