Seattle Foundation’ has been a great help to our organization during the COVID-19 pandemic, without the funds granted, we would have not been able to help over 3000 families ,and distribute over 90,000 pounds of food through our mobile pantry since the beginning of the pandemic and now. Our organization did not just help with food insecurity, but through the funds granted from Seattle Foundation were able to help pay some families rent, help with utility assistance, help with PPE supplies, and so much more -keep up the good work we are so,

My experience this year has been negative. When donating online through the Foundation, I was charged a fee based on the amount of the donation in order for all of the contribution to go to the organization. Of course, I paid it, but it was too much money that could have gone to another organization.
Next year I will not contribute to Give Big. My friends and I were shocked by this tactic. I felt scammed by the Foundation, and will give on my own in the future
