Always felt at home in Los Osos. I love living in Sea Oaks, so many amenities. A social clubs that always has something going on. My back yard is the state park! Lots of new good friends here. Management is great! This place is everything I want.

The extra services offered and amenities are exceptional. The amenities I use most are the heated pool and hot tub which include changing rooms, restrooms and shower. Very nice facility & well maintained.
One service example being a Park wide clean up day where residents can place unwanted items on the curb and the Park removes them to a large pull out dumpster situated atop the Park property. If physically able then a resident can deposit items directly.
This is an incredibly useful annual service for those who are unable to physically handle dump items or don’t own a vehicle to transport them.
