I had a great experience getting my watch resized. I was greeted by Patty and, from the start, she was extremely customer centric. She quickly worked to find out how I wanted the watch to fit and estimated the exact number of links that needed to be removed. While she took care of my watch, many of the other staff members offered me drinks or a comfortable place to sit while I waited. Overall, I had a great experience and would go back for any future jewelry services I may need. Oh...BTW, the watch fits perfectly!
