I walked in to sign up and asked to see the childcare area. The staff didn’t care about the children at all. I stood there while one child maybe 2 years old began to balance off a foam brick he had stacked against the window while placing his head near the sharp metal window ledge, this was directly next to the changing table where a staff was changing a diaper and ignoring the child. Meanwhile I watched from beginning to end while an infant too young to walk or roll laid on their stomach on tile that was visibly dirty crying. The other staff member walked around and over this crying child without any care. It was appalling. I looked at my son and this chaos of unregulated children, indifferent staff and got the hell out of there. I went to the ymca as a kid, then when I had my own I’ve had them going to various Ys around the country the last 10 years. I never saw anything like this is was jaw dropping. I ended up going to a different Y location. The Y itself was super nice, I spoke to a life guard that was just the sweetest and he held the door for me and my son and helped us navigate the area, it truly was only the kids area and the staff there that was the issue. It was shocking enough I debated if I should take a video of what I was watching to send in so someone would believe me about how bad it was.

Recently got a membership and I'm loving it. Friendly staff, machines always working or back up and running quickly. Pool is covered and just a short walk away. Good variety of workout classes.

YMCA is a great place for all age people in family to workout and stay fit. Great environment and multiple sessions and classes to join and achieve the health goals.

Missing some things and seems to constantly be crowded. Staff are hit or miss and I’ve had issues with some who are rude to me and my children that go to the child watch area.

In terms of a YMCA you get your monies worth but I have frequented one in the past that was nicer and friendlier.

The facility is well kept. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and communicates well with the patrons. Any issue is rapidly addressed and taken care of as soon as possible.
I can tell the staff really cares about the members enjoying their time at the facility.

The YMCA allowed us an affordable option for swim lessons for our kids. The instructors were great and our kids really enjoyed learning with them. Thank you!

Extremely friendly staff. I very much appreciated the $6 day passes to the pool. My only complaint was the shower situation at the pool, it was confusing if I was allowed to use them or not. A sign said the locker rooms were closed but other people were using them so I did as well. Also, the showers had a terrible spray and don’t drain very well.

Well not sure about Programs, but a pool and the staff at this gym are just amazing! Awesome lifeguards that do not hesitate to help instruct, or just answer questions. Really Great Experience, I was just looking for a local pool but had such a great experience and its why I joined the YMCA!
