If I could go any less I would….I bought a tv from this location took it home plugged it in and I didn’t work. I called the location to see if I could return it at first the lady said no and then said they have a 48 return policy and to bring it in . I went in to return the tv to which the manager Cecilia said that’s she and the other manager Aurelia would have been the only ones to talk to me to say that.. My question is that she said they check the said items but still chose to sell a Tv that didn’t work. And when I asked for corporates number she did t have it on hand had to call customer service and then when I asked for someone above her she said she couldn’t give me their information and to call the number I called earlier for the returns ..Like what really ?

Shopped there yesterday, couldn't believe that all of the negative comments could be accurate - but they were! This was first and last time going here.

Majority of items I looked at were overpriced/priced higher than same items new. Employees that I interacted with (except for one named John) were lackadaisical, appeared incompetent or just downright rude.

Excellent, friendly service! They greet you at the door with a smile and are more than happy to help out on the floor. Great in store discounts. If you donate, you will receive a coupon for more savings! Or you can do surveys online and save! I so much appriciate that not only is the restroom available but also it is well maintained and clean. My family loves shopping here and love the fact that our purchases go back to the community. Shout out to our very nice and helpful cashier April. Keep up the great work everyone!

Very disappointed in this so called thrift store. The prices are way to high for used,free, donated items. The donations are supposed to be low vost to felp the community. Not to price gauge them. Rediculously, insane prices marked. The corporation needs to get a hold of this craziness. Inwont pay those high prices. They need more deals to offer.

Giving another review because it still hasn't changed. The prices have actually gotten worse. They will eventually close down in this economy. People can't afford what they're asking for use donated things

My husband & I went to the Riverside location on Saturday 8/3/24 with a Suburban full of donations. Upon getting there we parked in the handicap space (we have a DP plate) my husband had to unload everything by himself. While he was unloading, a young woman pulled up along side of us & before she even got out of her car an employee was there to greet her and help her with her bag of donations. While my husband was STILL unloading our vehicle.
The best thing I can say about this experience is that when he was done he got "Here is your coupon for 20%off" gee thanks
*Note to self-next time just take our donations to Goodwill or Salvation Army

I enjoy thrifting and have been thrifting for many years. I thrift for many reasons including but not limited to saving money, helping to save the environment, finding eclectic items and giving back to the community and the services provided by the organizations. I usually bargain shop even at the thrift. I have not been to this location often but it is really really large and surprisingly clean and organized. Even the clothing racks are organized by size, which is unusual. The book selection is well organized also. I did not see much furniture like at some other thrift stores. Please do not misunderstand they definitely did have furniture items but not a plethora of choices like some of the thrift shops I have visited in Orange County. Overall I must say I do understand that the thrifts rely on donations so the selection is totally up to the community at large and it seems like this store has a lot of supporters. I will come back in a few weeks because it is this time of year that many people focus and declutter so I expect the thrift shops to be full of choices. Today my focus is books and they did not disappoint. They have a great selection of house wears and decor and I must admit, pretty dishes are my kryptonite. The selection of men’s clothing was pretty good but like most thrift stores there were more women’s clothing choices. I give this Savers a five star rating for location, it is close to other retail sites and down the street from the mall. I is spacious and well organized. The staff was friendly and very. I would recommend this thrift store to my family and friends.

I haven’t been here in a while but used to go to get cheap tees. Looked for something for my kids and it’s $8 for a used kids tshirt. $8 for a used plain white tee? No thanks. Store is clean and well organized but the prices are out of control especially for people who are on limited income

DONT BUY ELECTRONICS. Bought a cassette player thinking it worked because it powered on but it turned out to be missing a bunch of pieces inside and is useless. Store won't let me exchange even though it's within the first 24 hours.

The last two VCRs I tried to purchase ate the tapes, luckily I tested them in store with THEIR tapes. No refund policy is dumb, you're literally buying used equipment that most likely doesn't work and they don't test it prior. It's to be expected that it probably doesn't work and THEY STILL SCAM YOU
