We stayed in the campground, so I cannot effectively comment on the rooms. The campground was great, it was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the only downfall was that there was a charge for the showers. It was a coin charge shower. as for the soaking experience, as an adult, the large outdoor pool did not appeal to me at all. However, the greenhouse downstairs was delightful and had such a nostalgic, warm and relaxing, feel to it. It did feel like you were in another world. The staff, was over the top outstanding. Every single person that we worked with was kind, courteous, and really helpful. This was from the front desk all the way to the bartenders. Great community!

This was a neat experience. It was well worth the almost 60 minute trip. While on vacation in South Fork ran into an issue trying to go do something before going skiing the next day. I was looking for some neat activity to do with my daughters and I just couldn't make a decision. So went to the tourist center in South fork and the very nice lady working there spoke so high of this place I had to check it out. It was a great experience, being cold outside and the pool being so darn hot. Plus they had multiple pools each set at a different temperature. Something between 90 and like 125 degrees I believe. They also had some nice stuff inside the 21 up one. But you had to be 21 years old and even pay an additional 7 bucks out something

This was such an awesome experience. We spent all of our time in the greenhouse. The atmosphere was so chill and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was clean and smelled fresh. Multiple hot tubs and a main pool area as well as a sauna.
Absolutely will be back very soon

Visited the pools on 2/22/25 and had a great time! We spent most of our time in the greenhouse, but went in the big pool to enjoy the view a couple of times. The facilities are a bit dated and limited (only 1 working bathroom stall and 1 shower in the ladies locker room in the greenhouse) but everything was very clean, and the staff at the front desk of both the main pool and greenhouse were as friendly as can be! There are 4 pools in the greenhouse + a nice sauna.

Drinks and food are reasonably priced and the food was higher quality and more interesting than expected. For the price of admission and the comfortable surroundings of the adults-only greenhouse, we will definitley be back!

This place is a true hidden gem in the San Luis Valley! Do you want a hot springs pool that doesn't have other people's kids running amok? Then check in, and treat yourself to the "Greenhouse", a 21 and older section with a bar and grill that is worthy of writing home to Mother! The food quality is excellent, and the choices of wines and craft beers are totally solid for no bigger than the bar and grill area is (basically a 20' container). The grill isn't a fast drive-thru, but the food is well worth the wait. Besides, you are in a hot springs pool relaxing (no kids, no dogs, no ..... no the spouse is still there) so why are you looking at your watch anyways? Let the warm healing waters evaporate the stress away.

I had an absolute blast staying here! The cozy cabin was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spent an amazing week unwinding, strolling to the pools, and exploring the breathtaking sand dunes nearby.

The staff truly went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and attention to detail. Their hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable.

This Pool is only nice if you come with adults. If you are thinking of bringing anyone under 21 years old know they will not be allowed into the greenhouse which means they will have to be i. The family section which by they way doesn’t have any aesthetic appeal whatsoever. The family side has the main pools outside just so you are aware in case you come in the fall or winter like we did. Honestly its not a place any adults would want to hang out. Also the staff was very rude and unhelpful to my group. I arrived with 2 children and 5 adults, I was asking them questions about the admission fee because 2 of the adults wanted to stay with their children but not enter the pool, so I wanted to know if they would be still be charged and the women just stared at me like I had spoken Chinese. They finally understood our request but the two younger girls working there were making rude faces at us and talking about us amongst each other. It was quite the uncomfortable experience and I would never bring my family here ever again.

However the green house is nice and relaxing. Just know it does get very full and hard to get into all the different tubs.

Such a beautiful oasis. The garden pool is the place to be if you don't have children. The friendliest staff, regulars, and good food. We will return.
