It's a nice nursing home my Dad was thier for almost 5yrs until he passed away he was the king of that yr he passed away thank you for everything you guys did for him 🙏 💔

We made the hard decision to place my mom here. At first I was so skeptical but needless to say the staff is great. Mom is bathed every morning. They go change their undies every other hour. It might not be state of the appearance but what matters is that my loved one is well taken care of. Management is awesome!!

Unless you don't care about your family member don't leave them there. I thought because of their religiou
s beliefs that they were all about their residents.
WRONG!
MY mother suffered so badly there she almost died . I wanted to go on vacation and trusted them with her but they don't even buy wipes forthe residents. They use the same diaper they have soiled to clean them. I saw this and protested but to death ears because the so called director said not according to their own records. They accused my mom off scratching herself and cuti g herself when my mom can't even use her arm or hand.
Do Not Trust these people alone with ur loved ones.

The whole staff, greeters, billings, admittance, Nurses, therapists, kitchen staff, everyone was amazing. Helped in all things needed to make my husband's stay more comfortable. I recommend San Juan Nursing Home to whoever needs a facility for a loved one.

Highly recommend SanJuan Nursing Home. Here u get ur loved one pampered daily, great care, great people n delicious food. Nursing administrators make u feel at home. Mom is in Room 111 n she tells me she likes the food n the nurses. We r so blessed that she’s in a better care. I Highly recommend this facility. I Trust the care they give my mom.
