Quincie, our case manager, brought such care, comfort, and professionalism to ease our minds when we needed services for our 88 year old father. The process was quick and simple and scheduler, Leticia, was able to connect us with Faye who is such a kind and compassionate caregiver. I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received through Salus. I had to move my sister in with me after she had a kidney transplant and needed assistance to care for her while I had to work. From the beginning they were so easy to work with, and showed genuine care and concern. Quincie, our case manager was always very responsive, and the caregivers they sent were experienced, professional and took great care of my sister. For the most part we had Angeles, and she was always on time, polite, respectful, and very attentive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Salus was wonderful to work with during my mother’s recent illness. My case manager, Quincie, was warm, comforting and always took the time to answer my questions. Jennifer was great with the staffing we needed. All the caregivers, Evita, Evangeline and Violetta were so caring for my mother. Salus was a lifesaver for me! I needed help with caregiving for my father who has Dementia and Parkinson’s. I reached out to Quincie, the case manager, and she was absolutely phenomenal! She simplified the entire process, walked me thru everything and had a caregiver in my home within a couple days. Leticia who helped with scheduling and payment made everything easy and then Esmeralda our caregiver was awesome! She was patient, compassionate and my dad loved her which made everything easy! What a blessing Salus was for me and my father!

Salus services for my mother started in the beginning of year 2023. After an operation in the hospital, she came home. She was fine for while but then she would sleep much and had no activity. After consultation with doctors, we came into conclusion that my mother is getting ready for her final journey. Therefore, we decided to consider hospice at home. We got the name of Salus form her doctor and we contacted them. In the evaluation meeting we met two very kind and knowledgeable people, Sandy, case manager and Denise, Social worker. Then the hospice period started. I personally oversaw her care, and I was not ready to see her leaving. After continuous prayers and Salus care she started gaining force and after a month she was completely well. Therefore, with the nurses’ honest suggestions we stopped hospice care and switched to palliative care with her insurance but asking Salus to provide us with caregivers. The service started very well. Although we had different caregivers along the way but for a long period mother had Pearl as a caregiver who very carefully and kindly took care of her for until she left to her home country. Then after couple caregivers my mother had the blessing to have Rebecca as caregiver and she stayed till the end with my mother.

Along the way we went through many challenges with my mother’s health and all along Salus manager Quincie and her assistant Jennifer were extremely helpful. Towards the final weeks when her insurance wanted to stop the caregiving service per their regulations, Ms. Quincie not only worked hard but offer few suggestions and contacted insurance to keep the caregiver going on and it finally caregiving continued till the end. My mother passed away in peace in August 2024. I never forget the continuous 5-star services from Salus. In addition to that the people I talked for our needs and scheduling were always kind, helpful and went beyond their tasks to make things comfortable for my mother. I am always thankful of Salus. I also had friends whose parents were taken care of by Salus, and they were also very happy with their services. I recommend their company for anyone who wants to provide a diligent care for their loved ones. God bless them.

I would like to thank Salus for providing an amazing experience for my husband and our family with Salus Homecare.

We found ourselves in immediate need for an ongoing caregiver for my husband. This was the Friday before Labor Day. I was connected with Quincie Novella, our Case Manager at Salus Homecare. Quincie was so pleasant and helpful in determining what our needs were. She got right to work in arranging caregivers. I was very concerned about this being later in the day and the beginning of the holiday weekend. Amazingly, Quincie secured caregivers for the next 4 days over the holiday weekend. We were especially thankful she was able to accomplish this with only two caregivers, two days each. Quincie assured me she would continue working on coverage beyond the initial 4 days.

The first caregiver arrived timely, was very polite, professional and provided good care for my husband. My prior experience was strictly within the hospital environment, not a home environment.

The second caregiver, Ayo was a perfect match in every way. Ayo was so kind, gentle and compassionate. Ayo was also very strong and was able to transfer and move my husband while keeping him as comfortable as possible. My husband felt safe and relaxed in his care. Over a 5-week period the two of them became friends and my husband was happy when Ayo arrived to greet him each morning.

It was surprisingly more comfortable having a caregiver in our home than I thought. Ayo had a really nice balance of providing peace of mind knowing he was here to provide care and also giving my husband and I time to enjoy our time together. He comfortably blended into our daily lives, shaping a new normal.

Ayo’s warm heart and genuine compassion extended to our family as well. He was a true blessing and made a very difficult time easier.

Salus was wonderful to work with during my father's time of need. He needed home care and eventually hospice care and Salus provided both. Our Case Manager Quincie was so kind and considerate in understanding our needs and Jennifer was great with the 24 hour staffing that my father required. Even after my father's passing they continued to stay in contact with our family and made it known that they were available 24 hours a day to answer any questions that might arise. Following my brother's stay in a Board and Care facility, we were in immediate need of Home care and Salus met our need with a quick response, scheduling and follow up. I was so pleased and depended entirely on their prompt service. Our caregiver was sweet, and very aware of my brothers needs related to his illness. She was always on time, friendly and efficient. Quincie and Leticia were always available to answer questions and keep me in the loop on his Home Care visits. I highly recommend their service and they will be my "go to" when the need arises.
