I have some emergency dental work I need done. I called yesterday and they were slammed with everything front desk. I said I'll call later. Just now a rep called me and checked up on me. She made sure to remember it was an emergency and we would get something in very soon. Hopefully next week at the latest. Thank you to the kind soul who talked me through the internet set up. Literally every tiny step, I have severe anxiety and she made all the difference. 07/12/10:53am ❤️‍🩹

I like my provider well enough and she's very helpful and knowledgeable. What I don't like is that I can't ever reach anyone in my local office, like to schedule or change an appointment, instead I get someone in Denver if anyone at all. It's been my experience that when I call for an appointment, I end up leaving my number with the automated assistant for them to call me back because wait times are OVER AN HOUR?!?! On several occasions I've been given appointments with providers in Commerce City or other front range locations, telehealth visits, but still I'm in Sterling which is 2 hours away! I rarely am able to get an office visit, even though a lot of my complaints (issues, symptoms) NEED to be seen! These doctors from other clinic locations don't know anything about me and my extremely extensive and complicated health problems.

Great care! Absolutely love Dr. Busemente and her nurse. They are kind and efficient and really show they care. I feel like a real patient and not a number. Although I hate the call center. It took 30 minutes just to get through to make an appointment. Definitely needs work there.

Maybe if I push my Dr. woman over and impregnate her in the reception area they could figure the matter out. Otherwise, I do not recommend the interaction with most of the environment. COPD, Emphasymia, Polio Myolitus, Heart Disease, etc. is completely out of their capacity. Medicare Death packages guaranteed.

I have the most respect for the Salud Family Health Center in Sterling Colorado. They have great customer service and Medical/Dental care. I have needed both of their care over the last 4 months and haven't been disappointed. I would recommend anyone to go see them if need to be. They got me in quick and took care of my needs accordingly. Even when I showed up in pain they went out of their way to make sure I was seen by someone. Thank You Salud for being there for my family and I for so many years.

Slow Denistry! One dentist staff who is wonderful but scheduling absolutely needs improvement. Patient wait times are often 4 to 8 weeks out. If dentures are needed look for a start to finish of a minimum of 4 to 6 months. Is it worth the savings over a private Dentist in wait time? I'm thinking not.

Went to see Dr. Turner on three separate occasions over the course of two months and he refused to prescribe or treat anything. Went to Brush and got a new doctor. Turns out that whole time I had bronchitis. Turner is a subpar hack.

Edit 10/22/17: Seeing a new doctor at Salud. I am very pleased with Dr. Hughes' expertise and friendliness and am confident in my treatment there. The staff are all friendly and the facilities are very clean and taken care of.

Everytime I make an appointment i can feel the inconvenience I have no clue why it's not like I want in that min I try to make it a week before I need in. Then when you go in it is a surprise to them cause they never right it down. I don't live in town but it is the closest clinic to me. I love my doctors but I wish I had another location to go to that was closer.
