Went on a wild goose hunt for some soccer uniforms.
Went to 320 Lincoln Ave first. Main building was closed. This google post says 200 Lincoln, tried that. NOPE, NOT IN CITY HALL!
This office is located on the right wing of the 320 Lincoln Ave building. Metal door entrance that directly faces Lincoln ave. (picture attached to show location of door).
