Front lady had the audacity to tell me I have to look for new godparents just cause they stop attending their church back in 2019. First it’s not her kid to be telling people who can be their kids godparents. Second you personally don’t know them to assume I needed new godparents. So disappointed!!! this is not the first time my family encounters an issue with this church. I have been a forney resident for many years and it was never like this when father James was here.

Not sure what kind of church this is, closed on Tuesday at 1:20PM, maybe I'm old and things change, but back when I was an altarboy the church was always open.

18% of the community is Hispanic here in Forney and I can't believe there isn't a mass in Spanish at this point! It seems to me that something has to change here since yesterday. The word of God has to be in your native language for it to reach your heart! With respect and love to whom it may concern.

The only catholic parish. Unfortunately also turning into a zoo. Both Sunday masses are filled with unruly kids crawling around the main sanctuary rather than being corralled. Had to find a nearby church that unfortunately isn’t catholic but is more focused

Father Patrick is an experienced priest and very knowledgeable about the word of God. He takes his time to explain the homily and can bring it down to your level.

Very fine mass, and homily. I was welcomed at the door, and they make an effort to help newcomers feel at home. Church is small, air conditioned, and well attended. I wore a mask but no one else did.

I was visiting St. Martin of Tours from Sacred Heart. I felt welcomed by Father and this community. Knights of Columbus seem to be very active, they made an announcement from pulpit, they were issuing carnival tickets to registered families, they delivered gifts to the altar. 5 pm Mass was packed and the homily was awesome🙏
