She is exceptionally awesome - super patient and polite, very knowledgeable, and really effective in communication - she was clear and precise/thorough in providing instructions. In addition she is kind and very personable. I can tell from her tone, word choice and overall communication. Throughout the American Heart Association's BLS Class at Safety Training Seminars, I was impressed with the hands-on approach to teaching critical
skills on the mannequin once you completed the online curriculum.

The customer service was responsive and friendly when I had a concern with my account and they were able to answer it for me. I highly recommend this way of learning for many reasons but overall I’m impressed and look forward to renewing through this route.

Class was excellent! Really liked the hybrid set up for online tutorials, with an in-person assessment to apply skills. Instructor was clear and informative.

Only critique: digital accessibility can be improved for smoother functioning especially for those not comfortable with technology and/or those in senior age (65+) who’s not comfortable with computers/video call. Example: typing full link into the search bar led to my dad (65, unfamiliar with video conferencing) having trouble accessing the video conferencing room. A clickable link could have been better and more accessible for others.
