Beautiful place and I really couldn't imagine a better place for your love ones when that time comes. The staff is all so friendly and patient. Lindsy was very kind and helpful. They're doing a little bit of a remodeling now, and it's hard to believe they're finding a way to improve on perfect. Thank you for everything you guys do

I wish I could give Saddlebrook more than 5 stars. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. They truly have a heart and passion for their residents. My mother has settled in better than we ever imagined. She is living life again and enjoying the meaningful activities….especially the fishing outings. Thank you Saddlebrook for making this difficult journey easier. You are a blessing to your residents and their families!

I have never written an online review before but, with help, I am attempting to write my first because Saddlebrook Memory Care deserves such a glowing review.

Saddlebrook made a difficult situation with my mother in law so much better. They were always attentive to her needs, responsive to my husband and I, and communicative of my mother-in laws various conditions.

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is contemplating a new home for their loved one.

From the executive director, Candy, the nurses, to the staff that helps patients eat and bathe, everyone was wonderful and attentive and caring.

Candy and her staff there, including the nurse team, are amazing and take great care of their residents! I have worked with them for many years and their residents come first. Saddlebrook takes great care of their residents and they have a wonderful activities program as well. Highly recommend!!!

Saddle Brook took great care of our loved one. She was happy and had many friends there including the staff. Lazolla and the front desk team welcomed us each time we came to visit or called with questions. Daisy was a bundle of joy and positivity. Under Robert’s leadership, the entire staff circled around our loved one and made her feel happy and wanted. I knew we had chosen the right place.

Saddle Brook Memory Care is an amazing community! Their leadership team is professional, compassionate and communicative. Robert, Matt and Daisy, along with all other staff members at Saddlebrook, go the extra mile to ensure their residents have the best quality of care.

Working with Daisy Winters at Saddle Brook was a blessing! She was so thoughtful and extremely helpful during a difficult time in placing my father in law. I cannot say enough good things about Saddle Brook of Frisco. The staff is top notch and go out of their way to answer questions and provide assistance. They truly care about the residents and treat them with love and understanding. The facility is immaculately maintained and there is no "stinky" odor found at many other facilities. The two living rooms, sun room and various sitting areas throughout the facility afford comfortable places to sit and visit. A wide range of daily activities are available and guest entertainers provide fun for all. The food is excellent and served in a pleasant environment. The rooms are pleasant and are spacious enough for residents to bring their favorite treasures with them. The outside areas are beautiful and it is pleasant to sit in the courtyard or on the patio and enjoy the outside. My husband has been at Saddle Brook since August 2015 and was previously at a different facility. Since his move to Saddle Brook, he has become more relaxed and comfortable with his surroundings. Something he never did at the other facility. His physical condition has improved and he now enjoys leaving his room and participating in activities or enjoying the company of others. I truly think Saddle Brook in Frisco is wonderful and am thankful that I discovered them for my husband.
