Wonderful caring staff. We took our 3 cats to be spayed/ neutered, vaccinated and microchip. It was a quarter of the cost of a vet. I highly recommend this facility and would like to say thank you too all the staff and volunteers ❤️

Adopted from this location and got all our cats vaccinated here and our youngest spayed. Staff is always wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable! Prices are great compared to local vets and the waitlists are long but not horrifically. Highly recommend!

I've taken my animals to the SPCA for end of life services, seen animals for adoption, and used their vaccine and spay/neuter programs. In the past, it's been great. These programs are awesome, affordable, and valuable.

However, some technicians offer unsolicited advice during (unrelated) appointments, and that has included explicit recommendations to IGNORE VETERINARY ADVICE. This is dangerous and irresponsible.

They also added another vaccine that we did not request, and they did not make sure the pet's owner understood exactly what they were getting.

Both of these issues occurred at the vaccine clinic.

Long story short I absolutely hate this place. They adopted our cat out, we raised him, we were the only family he has ever known. Our family is grieving deeply we miss him so much. My children are so devastated we want him back, but we know that'll never happen. This place loves breaking families hearts and I'm sure they do it with smiles on their faces. God don't like ugly and this place will reap what they sow.
