Loved here for a long time and the current management has been amazing! Chasity has gone above and beyond to not just have a complex but a real Community!

I would have gave it a zero if that was a choice,apparently there's no staff, It's the middle of July and our air is out I have a young daughter that can't be in this heat and the best they can do is say someone will be here tomorrow.... I would not recommend this place to anyone! It might look nice but its just a polished turd but still a turd, also parking is never enforced you pay rent for no parking while other guests can park anywhere, paint chips and is a hazard for a toddler, not to mention the new manager never works and is turning this place into project housing. I'm sick of things not being taken care of in a timely manner or at all.

Agree with Jennifer Carter 100%. This place started going downhill fast when the new "manager" took over. There have been people moving out (I'm in the process) and new moving in and have brought roaches. I let her know after seeing 2 and expected an exterminator to come before the place was overrun but its been month and I'm still waiting. I've had to treat myself so I don't take them with me. Smh! It's a shame, the residents deserve better.

I'VE ONLY BEEN IN THE OUTSIDE AREAS AND IT IS WELL KEPT. THE YARDS MOWED AND THEY HAVE BUSHES FLOWERS AND EVEN A SWIMMING POOL!

Very nice and has lots of room. And hardwood floors which is a plus and they are not very expensive
