Because of the Referral that my Case Manager at Re-entry Success Center put in I was called by Rubicon this morning. The guy I talked to was very nice and pleasant, was very adamant in seeing me in order to help me. I wish I would've got his name but was too excited. Thanks!!!

If i could give NO STARS I would I called this location today 10/8/2024 @ 8:41 am the guy who name I didn't catch was rude lazy and nasty to me All I asked him was do he know how I can get in contact with legal services? although I'm a fellow participant and my coach is at the Antioch office my career coach have been out of the office for at least 3 months now maybe more i so decided to call Richmond office well I wish I never did the guy that answered the phone this morning was RUDE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL YELLING SCREAMING THROUGH THE PHONE all because I asked to speak to someone else because he wasn't giving me the help I needed nor was he trying to he was unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed to worked with the PUBLIC but then again it's Rubicon they could care less especially with all the things that go on behind closed door

I called for help with my career advancement, I had a vague idea about what I wanted, I got helped by Brittany Buttler ( hope I spelled your name right, sorry if I didn't) she was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for. She gave me the number to the place I was looking for. And now I am going to get help advancing my career.
