I wouldnt give 1 star if it wouldve allowed my review without choosing at least the one i did! I dont know where to begin with this review without stooping to the lowest grimy depths of earths trash as the lady or perhaps the owner of this poorly ran, no communication, no business being a business owner has done to my dear friends. They have stored their family belongings in this self storage facility for 8 years, recently experiencing a financial setback they fell behind on payment but with good faith and under the impression made by the owner herself they beleived the owner when she gave them a couple months to pay the balance on their account. During a phone call to pay a portion of the balance my friends were informed that they would have to vacate the units by January 5th 2017 because " the units are for paying customers only". Remind you there was a $90 payment on December 20, 2016 torwards what they owe. They were closed monday in reserve of christmas so the staff at round valley space place didnt receive their calls, HOWEVER, AFTER MAKING AN AGREEMENT, AFTER ACCEPTING PAYMENT on DECEMBER 20 , AND AGREEING TO GIVE IS A COUPLE MONTHS TO CATCH UP ON THEIR FEES, ROUND VALLEY SPACE PLACE SOLD MY FRIENDS BELONGINGS DECEMBER 27, 2016 which valued between $40,000.00 and 50,000.00 between their 2 units they rented. This is the most ludicrous, hainess selfish act of thevory, burglary by a local business owner that ive ever experienced. What they had was priceless, meaningful and alot of long hard work to keep their belongings in a safe place that they felt comfortable with just to hear the devastating blow of their storage being sold just 2 hours prior to them calling. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SAVE MY LIFE! I Definitely would stay far away if you want your belongings back.
